why seated · The apocalypses between the Testaments are the archive's Revelation line before Revelation: the visions of Ezra and Baruch after the fall of the Temple, Abraham's ascent, the Sibyl's oracles, the patriarchs' last words. The Septuagint seat holds the books a canon kept; this seat holds what the canons let go, in the languages that kept them.
